This senior level administrative assistant supports the Vice President of the Global Marketing and Engagement (GME) Leadership Office. Must be exceptional with details, anticipate needs well, and effectively work with little supervision. Able to work cross-culturally and cross-functionally to build and maintain positive relationships individually and on behalf of the Vice President and the GME Leadership Office team.

Develops and manages a team of over 30 revenue generating individuals made up of independent and national music artists. Establishes and grows partnerships with music industry leaders and executives. Plans, organizes, and implements Compassion's involvement in revenue generating music activities. Drives growth across all product lines and generates sponsorships that lead to a minimum of $10,000,000 in Life Time Revenue. Manages, builds and mobilizes a team of music artists, regional artists, music industry leaders and other major gate keepers in order to meet Compassion's revenue goals.
This position will be located in Nashville, Tennessee.
Provides Compassion's constituents, partners, and volunteers with ministry resources including, but not limited to, general information about the ministry, specific ministry resources, sponsorship materials, and letters from the children and staff. Researches all outgoing materials, special handling for international addresses, and undeliverable items. Assists with elements of quality production in print, finishing, and inserting of Compassion materials.

Responsible for executing campaigns and appeals for the purpose of engaging and retaining Compassion’s existing sponsor and donor base. Provides input into and implements strategies aimed at increasing supporter engagement through various marketing channels and efforts including but not limited to: Correspondence appeals, Sponsor appreciation campaigns, Sponsor Engagement activities like Sponsor E-news. Accountable for sponsorship engagement metrics. Executes and influences strategies designed to educate and equip existing sponsors to engage more deeply with their sponsored child and potentially support more children, funds and activities through Compassion. Works under supervision and direction of current Sn. Manager who oversees retention and engagement strategy. Maintains a positive and collaborative relationship with in-house project management team, internal creative team and external creative agencies, Web team, the Call Center, Business Intelligence team and other Compassion teams to ensure each campaign/initiative is produced with excellence.
This senior administrator leads the design, administration, and support of server based systems infrastructure for Compassion as well as field offices and partner countries. The specialist further develops other infrastructure systems support such as network support, server support, resource management, and disaster recovery. At this career level, the incumbent leads or conducts major, complex system administration projects and initiatives for multiple countries. Further, she or he often coaches and oversees the work of other administrators and related staff.

The Assistant General Counsel directly influences the long-term success of Compassion International by serving as an advisor to the Deputy General Counsel for International Affairs and the General Counsel, providing proactive and specialized counsel and expertise on matters including developments in the law of eight countries in Africa, managing outside counsel in Africa and providing international leadership with proactive legal and non-legal advice in their individual contexts. The responsibilities include serving as a resource and legal consultant for the National Leadership Teams from eight African offices and the Africa Regional Leadership on activities like: selection and management of contract service, employee hiring, discipline, and termination, as well as, coaching, performance management, assigning, checking, and approving work to achieve global strategies and objectives. Countries of responsibility include: Ethiopia, Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, Rwanda, Burkina Faso, Togo, and Ghana.
