We’re looking for a highly motivated and organized communications professional who is comfortable interacting with a variety of individuals and who aspires to bring clarity and focus to all communications. He/she provides marketing communications expertise informed by Experience Design methodologies, creating consistent, connected experiences, driven through the lens of brand. This senior specialist will provide subject matter expertise regarding the design and implementation of interventions not covered by other child development program support specialists in the national office. Depending on the staffing, these interventions may include WaSH, infrastructure, disaster response, income generation, parental education and similar activities. This role will collaborate with other Support Specialists, Program Trainers and the Partnership team to ensure Compassion staff and Implementing Church Partners are collaborating in the design, delivery and monitoring of interventions related to their expertise.    PLEASE NOTE: This position will be based remotely in India, Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand, Sri Lanka or Bangladesh. Compassion International is looking for a high-performing Marketing Engagement Specialist II with strong communication skills, problem solving skills, and a passion for campaign development and execution. The ideal candidate works well both independently and collaboratively and enjoys diving into managing projects of varying complexity.    What will you do?  - Maintain a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. - Act as an advocate for children. Understand and advance Christ's mandate to protect children. Take active steps to help protect against neglect, abuse, and exploitation of children. - Uphold and engage in Compassion’s core Cultural Behaviors. - Administer all stages of campaign development, including initial planning, creating campaign briefs and strategies, developing creative messaging, and implementing and executing projects through to completion.  - Use segmentation and CRM analysis provided by the analytics team to implement the most effective match of sponsor and donor groups to specific appeal offers.  - Manage ongoing analysis, reporting, evaluation, and lessons learned for assigned appeals and constituent segment. This person will apply analytical as well as creative ideas to a design engagement independently or participates as a team member for major, complex, or international initiatives. The senior auditor may also manage and coordinate the activities of contract auditors conducting independent protective and constructive audits for management to review effectiveness of controls, financial records, and operations. She or he will also contribute to the establishment of systems and standards for conducting audits. At this career level, the incumbent is leads or conducts major, complex audits and audits for multiple countries. Further, he or she often coaches and oversees the work of other auditors and related staff.
