This principal specialist is the digital experience subject matter expert within Compassion's Innovation team, guiding groups through complex global and local digital experience strategies and campaigns. Designs cutting-edge digital experiences and strategies in support of the exploration and execution of tests within the Innovation group. Conducts detailed and complex digital marketing projects, digital channel analytic analysis, and listening and engagement strategies across social media and other digital channels. Provides highly competent leadership in the conduct of major, complex digital marketing strategies. May coach and oversee the work of other specialists and related staff and provides expertise across levels and disciplines.
