This senior change management specialist will lead the implementation of effective cross functional / global changes through sound change management methodology and lead major, complex, or international change management projects across multiple countries. Develop and implement tools as needed, working with key stakeholders, and helping to integrate across other projects as appropriate. Interacts with senior leadership to raise effective change awareness, keep leadership apprised of project status, and ensure effective change process and decision-making. Collaborates closely with the team which is responsible for the corporate change management framework and methodology, under the direction of the Sr. Director of Change, Org Design and Deployment. Frequently coaches and oversees the work of supporting staff and provides expertise across levels and disciplines.
