Serves as a trainer in support of all USA Marketing Staff. Provides training on technical skills, Compassion systems and organization processes to support sponsorship and non-sponsorship revenue generation across USA Marketing. Liaises with teams across Compassion to support understanding, collaboration and communication with and from USA Marketing. Develops and maintains resources such as training materials, procedure manuals, job aids and other information sources.
This position reports to the Marketing Learning and Development Specialist III.
