The Director of Analytics & Insights will be a key influencer, guiding strategic decisions based on insights uncovered from data, analytics, and market research. This motivated leader understands how to build a customer—centric culture of decision-making and strategy development, using insatiable curiosity to propel marketing teams across the USA Compassion organization to accelerate the number of children released from poverty in Jesus' name. The ideal candidate will own proven capability in designing, developing, and activating customer segmentation and research learnings. Ideally, this professional will not only understand the value of data analytics, predictive modeling and quality reporting but also the value in integrating customer information with behavioral-based data.
This leader will oversee a multi-disciplinary team responsible for designing and executing market research studies, overseeing data integrity, programming data extractions for marketing campaigns, designing optimal campaign and channel performance reporting, and integrating predictive analytics.
