Represents Print Operations in a cross functional team environment with a strong emphasis on print manufacturing knowledge, internal customer service and results. Identifies project requirements, understands the print media manufacturing/shipping processes and provides clear project job ticketing and manufacturing plans for marketing campaigns to ensure successful production and hand-off to other teams in the Distribution Center.
Negotiates project delivery dates and coordinates with production and Marketing Project Managers to ensure on time completion according to specifications for quality production in print, finishing, and inserting materials. Works closely with Avanti System Administrator to ensure accurate and timely job initiation, and monitors internal print projects from launch through completion, helping to resolve potential issues, optimize material usage and reduce risk.
