The Global Brand Lead is the brand management subject matter expert, navigating clients through complex brand initiatives. This lead is the organization's expert in creating and capitalizing on a global definition of audiences, segments, and personas the brand seeks to serve. He/she drives the development and adoption of an inspirational brand strategy, defined audiences and renewed brand standards that are the ideal elements to move Compassion into the next level of active brand management in support of strategic intent. Provides highly competent leadership in the conduct of major, complex brand initiatives for multiple countries. Frequently coaches and oversees the work of other specialists and related staff and provides expertise across levels and disciplines.
