The ServiceNow Developer II is responsible for the lifecycle of corporate-wide and customer-specific technology based products. This specialist will be responsible for custom application design and development of entities, ensuring components meet business requirements and are ready for production environments. This role will aid and assist the Office of Risk Management leadership team as it pertains to ServiceNow Scripting tools and ServiceNow functionality to create scripts to automate tasks. This includes support of integration into Incident, Service Catalog, Change, Problem, Knowledge, Asset and Configuration Management.
Create technical architecture, design, test and user guide documentation in ServiceNow.
Possess expert Java Scripting knowledge, including expert debugging knowledge.
Familiarity with service management processes (ITILv2/3 Normal Incident, MIM, Problem, Knowledge, Change) in ServiceNow or equivalent platforms.
Support the development and configuration of a number of areas including, Knowledge, Risk, Audit, Policy (Governance, Risk and Compliance)
