Do you have a strong background, as an IT Asset management professional, working in the ServiceNow platform and with experience understanding software license types such as Microsoft, Oracle, Adobe, IBM, and more? If so you may be interested in this opening on our IT Service Management team. The successful incumbent for this role will be someone who thrives in a small team environment, but can maitain a customer group that includes the entire organization. Self-starting, detail-oriented, and someone not afraid of repetitive work is a must. Despite the detailed and tactical nature of some of the work this job requires there is also a need for someone who can understand processes quickly, think strategically from a global mindset and have the desire to help streamline processes and procedures.
