    This Analyst will work on the Web & Interactive team and use a variety of measurement and feedback sources to provide digital marketing channel insights that maximize acquisitions, revenue and engagement on Compassion digital properties.

    Essential Job Functions

    Responsibilities

    • Maintains a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Is a consistent witness for Jesus Christ, maintains a courteous, Christ-like attitude in dealing with people within and outside of Compassion, and faithfully upholds Compassion’s ministry in prayer.
    • Acts as an advocate for children – raising the awareness of the needs, neglect, nurture, and potential of children in poverty and challenging and enabling those within one’s influence to greater involvement and effectiveness on behalf of children.
    • Create Conversion Rate Optimization test ideas based on multiple sources of data, including Google Analytics, Optimizely, Heatmaps and User Tests.
    • Confirm data collection accuracy and manage tracking/analytics code changes.
    • Analyze key channel metrics including traffic, conversion rates, engagement and loyalty. Identify needed reports, tests and opportunities to increase engagement, acquisitions and revenue.
    • Analyze digital customer journeys across channels and devices. Provide insights and recommendations that improve the customer experience.
    • Gather qualitative feedback from customer surveys, support channels and user testing that inform enhancements to Compassion digital properties.
    • Provide guidance to optimize information architecture and merchandising that maximizes site and app revenue.
    • Ensure campaign tagging consistency.

    Education

    • Bachelor's Degree Accounting, Finance, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or related discipline


    Work Experience

    • Seven years Professional experience working in market research, statistical analysis, business intelligence or similar field, involving data modeling, data mining, or data science.

    Desired Qualifications:

    • Google Analytics Certified
    • Experience with app analytics and cross-browser tracking
    • Optimizely Certified
    • Google Tag Manager certified
    • Strong ability with Excel
    • Ability to visually communicate information through charts and graphs
    • Ability to use Tableau to create reports
    • Strong understanding of web usability
    • Ability to communicate highly technical data and reporting to a nontechnical person


    Licenses and Certifications

    • Certified Business Intelligence Professional of Certified Market Research Analyst Designation preferred.

    Working Environment: Office – Standard Office Environment

    Physical Demands: Sitting, standing, and/or walking for up to 8 hours per day

    Travel Requirements: May be required to travel up to 10% of normal schedule
