Supports the Senior Director for Leadership and Staff Development with administering the Leadership Development and Staff Engagement initiatives. Assists with and provides input for analysis and administration in leadership and staff development programs/projects. Works in areas such as budget preparation and tracking, process management, purchasing, communications and change, program implementation, project management, development, data research, analysis, business intelligence, and tracking, and/or information management. May accomplish any or all of the essential functions or other duties of a professional administrative nature.
