Develops and manages 30-40 group field exposure trips per year to Compassion’s field offices including direct leadership/management of 6 trips per year with 20-60 participants per trip. Formulates and implements strategies to highlight our ministry, deepen sponsor, donor and ministry partner engagement, increase acquisitions of new sponsorships/giving and increase retention sponsorship rate. Serves as subject matter expert on cross-cultural and international trips and acts as a development resource for relationship managers/directors to build experiences that enhance Compassion’s ability to minister to and champion children in poverty.
