This seasoned analyst develops and implements programs to establish and maintain quality standards and continuous process improvement for existing and proposed services and operations, as well as developing programs to focus employees on continuous quality improvement. This includes the development of policies, procedures and methods pertaining to operational components that ensure high quality and continuous improvement. Generally conducts process analysis independently or participates as a team member for major, complex, or international processes. Resides within the Supporter Retention & Engagement team, owning the core processes held by this team, while connecting with peers throughout the organization.
